Senior Site Superintendent
Andrew McIntyre joined CorMac Projects Inc. in 2012 as a Senior Site Superintendent. Andrew is a Certified General Carpenter and brings over 20 years of experience to our team. Andrew is dedicated to every project he is involved with and ensures client satisfaction throughout the construction process. He is an integral part of the CorMac team.
Ben joined Cormac in 2019 as a site superintendent, Bens experience is in the hospitality and commercial divisions. Ben also holds a redseal in plumbing and has 17 years experience as a plumber in residential and commercial plumbing.
Project Manager
Joel has over 15 years of commercial, residential, institutional, and light industrial construction experience. He has relevant project experience working on new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements projects in occupied facilities.
His educational background includes Architectural Technologies Building Development Technologist (SAIT), Bachelor of Communication with a minor in Urban Studies and additional continuing education in Project Management and Construction Contract Law courses (U of C).
As Project Manager he manages the overall direction of the project, and oversees the project’s performance, enforces the environmental health and safety program, organizes construction meetings, and supervises project staff.
He is an effective communicator that is well organized, detail oriented and a creative problem solver, with the ability to identify issues and implement innovative solutions. He’s committed to teamwork, innovation, and project-first focus to make the project a success.
A University of Calgary graduate Corey brings over 25 years of experience in business, finance, and construction to the team. Chris MacKenzie is one of the owners of CorMac Projects Inc. with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Civil Engineering Technology and Architectural Design & Drafting education training has allowed Chris to look at a problem from both the design and construction aspect. Chris’s leadership style is one of support by constantly offering positive criticism that makes the team, and every individual within it, grow. Whether the Estimating Team or the Project Team require help or guidance, Chris is always there to support.
Julianna is a Junior Estimator and Project Coordinator at CorMac Projects Inc. With a degree in engineering and a background in project management and leadership across multiple industries, she combines technical expertise with a meticulous, results-driven approach to both estimating and executing projects.
Paul has served as a Senior Estimator for 18 years, joining CorMac in 2014. He brings 14 years of experience as a Site Superintendent for commercial projects and an additional 14 years as a Site Carpenter. The majority of Paul’s extensive experience lies within the commercial building industry.
Barrie is a Senior Project Manager at CorMac Projects Inc., having joined the company in 2020. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Barrie has extensive expertise across all sectors of the industry.
Anna serves as the Office Manager and Accounting Clerk at CorMac, where she oversees payroll, benefits administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, WCB returns, and monthly financial reporting. With eight years of comprehensive experience in full-cycle accounting and a PCP certification, Anna ensures accurate and efficient financial operations, providing vital support to both the office and project management teams.
